Twilight Falling is a story about Erevis Cale, an assassin with a conscience. When Cale's life and the lives of those he cares for are threatened, he swears revenge and sets off in pursuit of his would be killers.
Twilight falling is based in the fantasy world of Forgotten Realms. While each book set in the world is stand alone, there is a plethora of information on the world and other books available for those who are interested.
Meeting Summary:
The meeting went very smoothly, although the book was almost universally disliked. This was primarily because the world in which it took place left most people feeling like they were missing something. Everyone was disappointed with how it ended as well.
The food was yummy, although I don't know if anyone touched the beef jerky besides myself. There was more talk of giving book club a new name; I think Stella now has a poll up with some of the ideas that were submitted.
